Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Terepbeg's services, you agree to these terms. All work is performed at Petersilienweg 55, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany, subject to our professional standards and German automotive regulations.

2. Liability & Warranty

Terepbeg warrants all completed work for 12 months from service date, covering defects in workmanship. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Parts carry manufacturer warranties only.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment due upon service completion
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Invoices include itemized labor and parts costs
• Overdue accounts subject to legal collection

4. Cancellation & Disputes

Cancellations must be made 48 hours before scheduled service. Disputes are resolved per German consumer protection law. Contact us at contact@terepbeg.sbs to resolve issues.

5. Data Protection

We collect minimal personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) solely for service delivery. Your data is processed per GDPR and German DPA requirements. We do not share data with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Terepbeg's liability is limited to the service cost paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Bielefeld courts.

8. Changes to Terms

Terepbeg reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes apply to new services; existing agreements remain unaffected.
